Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms set the rules for using TaskTall at tasktall.com. “We” means the team that runs the service, and “you” means the person using it. Please read them before you create an account.
1.Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using TaskTall, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2.Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. We ask for your date of birth at signup to check this, and you can’t finish signup if you are under 18.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
3.Your account and its security
Give accurate details at signup and keep them current. You are responsible for your password and for all activity under your account. Choose a strong password and don’t share it.
If you use “Keep me signed in” on a shared device, sign out before you leave it. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and write to us at [email protected].
4.Acceptable use
Use TaskTall for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people and the service.
You agree not to access other people’s accounts or our systems without permission, send automated requests, scrape the service or interfere with how it runs. You also agree not to store or share content through the service that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights.
5.Your content
The goals and other content you add belong to you. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display that content for one purpose: running the service for you.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the law requires us to keep a copy. We don’t sell your content and we don’t use it for advertising. Add content you have the right to use.
6.Service changes and availability
TaskTall is free to use. We provide it as it is and as available. We may add, change or remove features, and we may pause or end the service.
We work to keep the service running, but we can’t promise it will run without interruptions or errors. For significant changes, we will try to give you notice first.
7.Suspension and termination
Our administrators may block an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. A blocked account can’t sign in. We may also close an account for the same reasons.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings.
8.Disclaimers
TaskTall helps you organize and follow your goals. It gives no medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and we can’t guarantee that you will reach a goal. Before you pursue a goal that affects your health, money or safety, check with a qualified professional.
To the extent the law allows, we provide the service without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities that result from using the service or being unable to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give you notice before they apply.
If you keep using TaskTall after a change, you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, you can delete your account.
11.Governing law
The laws of France govern these terms. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of France. This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
